This notice explains how Conso4s Ltd (company number 11083797, Suite 3, Middlesex House, Rutherford Close, Stevenage, SG1 2EF, United Kingdom) uses personal data when you use entmaz.com (ENTMAZ). Conso4s is the controller for waitlist, contact, and site data.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your emails, waitlist details, or site content to train our models or a third party's models. Questions: [email protected].

This notice is provided in multiple languages. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the website, waitlist, and related communications.

You give us

  • Work email address when you register interest
  • Company name, if you choose to provide it
  • Messages you send by email, the contact form, or WhatsApp

Automatically

  • Device and log data: IP address, browser, approximate location from IP, timestamps, and security events
  • Pages visited and referral information needed to operate and secure the site
  • Cookies or similar technology, as described in our Cookie Policy

3. Why we use it (lawful bases)

Under Article 6 of the UK GDPR (and EU GDPR where it applies) we rely on the following bases.

Contract

  • Registering your interest, confirming you are on the waitlist, and sending launch or guided-session information you asked for
  • Responding to support and product enquiries you start

Legitimate interests

  • Keeping the site secure, preventing abuse, and debugging failures
  • Understanding aggregated site usage so we can improve reliability
  • Follow-up about ENTMAZ where you have registered interest

Consent

  • Optional marketing emails, where we ask for and obtain consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Non-essential analytics cookies, where the law requires consent

Legal obligation

  • Tax, accounting, and responding to lawful requests

4. What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal data
  • We do not train foundation models on your waitlist details, emails, or other content you send us
  • We do not use your details as a lead list for unrelated third-party marketing

5. Who we share with

We share only what is needed to run ENTMAZ. We stay responsible for processors we appoint.

  • Cloudflare — edge networking, DNS, and the waitlist Worker / database
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that run entmaz.com
  • Google Analytics — aggregated usage measurement on the production site, where enabled
  • Email or WhatsApp providers — if you message us
  • Professional advisers and authorities — where the law requires or to establish legal claims

6. International transfers

Conso4s is in the United Kingdom. Some processors (including Cloudflare and Google) may process data in the United States or other countries. Where required, we use the UK International Data Transfer Addendum / EU Standard Contractual Clauses (or a valid successor) and supplementary measures. You can ask us for a copy of the relevant transfer mechanism, with commercial secrets redacted.

7. How long we keep it

  • Waitlist and interest registrations: until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them for launch communications, then we delete or irreversibly anonymise them
  • Support messages: for as long as needed to handle your request, then a limited archive period
  • Security logs: a limited period (normally up to 12 months) unless we are investigating an incident
  • Invoices and payment records, if any: as tax law requires (typically six years in the UK)

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR (and EU GDPR where it applies) you can ask us to access, correct, erase, or restrict personal data, object to legitimate-interests processing, and receive a portable copy of data you provided. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it. These rights have legal limits (for example we keep records we are required to keep).

Email [email protected]. We will respond within one month (we may extend once for complex requests, and we will tell you).

You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (UK) at ico.org.uk or, if you are in the EEA, your local supervisory authority. We would rather fix it first.

If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CPRA. You may request access, deletion, and correction as described above.

9. Children

ENTMAZ is intended for businesses and professional users. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

10. Security and cookies

We use encryption in transit, access control, and security headers on this website. No method is perfect. Our Security page describes how the ENTMAZ product is designed. Cookie use is explained in our Cookie Policy.

11. Changes

We will post the new date at the top of this page. Material changes: email or on-site notice at least 30 days ahead where we can. Continued use after that date is acceptance, except where the law requires consent.
